Terms of use
Version household-1.7, 26 October 2026
These terms are between Inference Works Pty Ltd ("we") and the parent who sets up a household on Off it goes ("you").
What Off it goes does
You forward school, sport and club emails to your household's address. We read them, put the dates on your household's calendar, and email you what we found and anything we need you to check. Each evening at about 7 pm, the people you add get a short email about tomorrow.
Paying
- The price. A$99 a year, or A$9.99 a month, including GST, paid by card through Stripe. There's no free trial.
- Renewing. Your plan renews at the end of each year or month, on the card you paid with, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from your settings, in Stripe's own pages. Off it goes keeps running to the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- Refunds. If Off it goes isn't for your family, email support@offitgoes.com in the first 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
- If a payment fails. Stripe tries your card again. If it still can't be paid, your plan ends.
- When your plan ends, or is refunded, we stop reading the emails you forward. Your notices, calendar and feed stay for 30 days, and you can take a copy any time.
- If we set your household up for you without asking you to pay, nothing here charges you.
No guarantee
We work hard to get every date right, but we can miss one or get one wrong. You stay responsible for checking the important dates in your school's emails. Please don't rely on Off it goes alone for anything that matters.
What we ask of you
- Forward only school, sport, club and activity emails for your own household.
- Tell us when something is wrong, by writing to support@offitgoes.com.
Ending it
You can cancel any time. To close your account, email privacy@offitgoes.com; your household's data is deleted 30 days later, as the household privacy notice explains. If we end your use of Off it goes, we'll tell you first.
Your data
The household privacy notice says what we keep, why, and how to get a copy or have it deleted.
The law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
