You choose the notes, photos and files you send. We don’t need your school password or access to your school account.

What happens to a note

We use AI to read the information you send and find dates relevant to your family. This can include children’s names, schools and schedules. The privacy disclosure shown during setup explains the processing you agree to. You can read it again in Account.

You stay in charge

You check proposed changes to your family’s details before they are saved. Missing times stay missing. Uncertain items stay marked. Reporting a misread note does not itself change the event.

Deleting a household

In Account, you can permanently delete the household and its people, notes, saved events and feedback. Other members lose access too. This does not delete your sign-in account or recall copies already sent elsewhere. Provider retention and backups are separate from the live household view.

A new name

Off it goes was previously called Handoff. Your account, saved information and existing connections stay the same. The name change does not change the processing you agreed to.
