If Off it goes isn't for your family, email support@offitgoes.com in the first 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
Cancel any time
Off it goes runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. You change your card, cancel and get your receipts in Stripe's own pages, from your settings.
What happens after you pay
You set up your household straight away and get your family's own Off it goes address. Then forward your next school email.
Everyone else in the house just gets the email. They don't sign up or download anything.
Your household's time zone
Every time zone works. You choose yours when you set up, and the evening email arrives at about 7 pm there, for everyone in the house.
