Send what you have

In your brief, choose Send a note. Upload a photo, screenshot, PDF, calendar file or text file, or paste an email. Files can be up to 8MB. Your forwarding address isn’t shown in the app yet.

What matters tomorrow

Your brief uses the information you’ve sent and the family details you confirmed. It is a preview, not an SMS. The calendar lets you look further ahead. A quiet day means nothing is listed in the notes you’ve sent, not that we know everything happening in your family.

Something needs changing

Choose Something wrong? in your brief. Household details lets you propose a change to a school, year, subject or activity. You’ll see what it changes before confirming. A note was misread lets you report a saved item; it doesn’t repair it automatically. Reporting an entirely missing item isn’t available in that form yet.

Can’t get in?

Reset your password, or request a new sign-in link from Log in. Use the email address you registered with.

Not sure whether a change went through?

Check your brief or household before trying again. Closing a panel does not undo a request already sent.
